About the Role Journeyman Lineworker or Apprentice Lineworker needed to perform all phases of electric line construction, operation, maintenance, and service work for Guernsey-Muskingum Electric Cooperative. This role is based in New Concord, Ohio and requires climbing poles, availability for overtime and call-out duties, and residing within 30 minutes of the office. What You'll Do
- Construct and maintain electric distribution lines
- Restore service after outages and perform line construction, operation, maintenance, and service work
- Collaborate with team to ensure safety and reliability What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to climb poles
- Valid Ohio CDL Class A
- Willing to work overtime and call-out duties
- Reside within 30-minute response to New Concord office Nice to Have
- Completion of a four-year certified apprenticeship program
