About the Role MTSI is seeking a Journeyman Data Analyst in Los Angeles, CA to support data-driven decision making across projects. This role will partner with teams to collect, clean, and analyze data, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
What You'll Do
- Analyze datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL and BI tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into data solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a data analyst with a track record of delivering actionable insights.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization concepts; strong Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; ability to translate data into recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with data quality, governance, or defense/aerospace domain.
