About the Role The role involves performing various manual tasks related to the manufacturing of cardboard tubes, with or without the help of simple or computerized equipment. It is an onsite position in Trois-Rivieres, with rotation shifts: Day / Evening / Night / Weekends. Starting pay is 24.93 per hour. What You'll Do
- Perform manual tasks in cardboard tube production and operate simple or computerized equipment as needed.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a proactive, team-oriented approach.
- Adapt to changing tasks and maintain good physical condition.
- Use metric measurements when required and work collaboratively with others. What We're Looking For
- Autonomous, resourceful individuals who can adapt to changing tasks and have good physical stamina.
- Strong initiative and ability to work well in a team.
- Good knowledge of the metric system.
- Ability to work across rotation shifts (Day/Evening/Night/Weekend). Nice to Have

- Profit sharing up to 15% of salary and safety incentive up to 2.5%.
