Quality Assurance Manager
About this role
The Quality Assurance Manager at Mondelēz International in East Moriches, New York oversees the execution and coordination of Tate’s quality and food safety agenda from raw material receiving through manufacturing and warehousing. You will continually assess and respond to product quality and compliance issues to ensure a consistent, high-quality product that meets Tate’s standards and delights the consumer. You will drive continuous quality improvement across the organization and demonstrate strong technical expertise and business acumen, with leadership that develops capability in teams.
Responsibilities
- Create and monitor quality control systems, ensuring in-process and finished goods meet government, Mondelez, and internal specifications, and are produced in accordance with all Food Safety measures.
