About the Role Manage innovation strategy and projects in GRC/RDV in collaboration with local and global counterparts and partners. Drive an innovative mindset across the division and ensure ideas are reflected in end products to sustain the brand's leadership in technology, customer experience, and luxury. Develop and connect China-focused innovation strategies with HQ and China stakeholders, and collaborate with external partners to keep the strategy up-to-date. What You'll Do
- Study and develop the innovation strategy in GRC/RDV in cooperation with local and global counterparts and partners.
- Connect to HQ innovation counterparts and participate in regular discussions on relevant topics.
- Connect to China innovation-related stakeholders to study, analyze, and create China-specific innovation strategy.
- Collaborate with external partners to develop up-to-date innovation strategy.
- Design, implement, and monitor China-fitted innovation projects; co-create China-specific strategy with counterparts; define and design projects.
- Develop concepts and processes for innovation transformation to products; track projects and evaluate impact and risk; enrich innovation tools & methodologies.
- Promote an innovative mindset: design, create, and organize programs and activities to foster it among colleagues; involve in detailed innovation discussions to understand needs; support inventors to realize IPs and inventions in end products.
- Be involved in, co-create, and contribute to other team projects; link elements of all team projects to leverage common values; work in an agile way; embrace and promote agile and flexible ways of working. What We're Looking For
- Experience in managing innovation strategy and projects in GRC/RDV with local and global counterparts.
- Ability to connect with HQ innovation counterparts and China stakeholders; study, analyze, and create China innovation strategy.
- Experience collaborating with external partners to develop up-to-date innovation strategy.
- Proficiency in designing, implementing, and monitoring innovation projects; tracking impact and risk; enriching tools and methodologies.
- Strong ability to promote an innovative mindset and organize programs to share it among colleagues.
