About the Role Marlabs delivers AI, Data, Cloud, and Digital Product Engineering capabilities to help enterprises transform. This role contributes to AI discovery and strategy, agentic AI, AI development, AI governance, AI transformation, and data-centric product delivery across our practice areas.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to AI discovery & strategy engagements and help chart AI-enabled business value.
- Develop and deploy agentic AI agents to augment the digital workforce, improve customer experience, and boost productivity.
- Implement AI governance with clear policies, human oversight, and checkpoints.
- Support AI transformation initiatives using Marlabs frameworks to strategize readiness and achieve AI excellence.
- Deliver data capabilities across Data Strategy, Governance, Management, Engineering, and Advanced Analytics; promote Data-as-a-Product thinking.
- Collaborate on Digital Product Engineering, Application Development, Cloud & DevOps, and modernization efforts.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in AI/ data/ cloud-enabled initiatives within enterprise settings.
- Ability to translate business value into AI/data programs and work with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with governance, security, and governance frameworks for data and AI projects.
Nice to Have
- Experience with enterprise AI governance, AI discovery & strategy programs, and AI transformation initiatives.
- Background in data engineering, analytics, and data product thinking.
