About the Role Live Nation is seeking a part-time Security team member to support load-in operations at the Brooklyn Paramount. The role focuses on access control, perimeter security, and asset protection to safeguard personnel, equipment, and venue property during events and load-in activities.
What You'll Do
- Manual verification of tour credentials and venue credentials for all personnel entering via loading dock or stage door.
- Monitor the exterior loading dock area to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure guest/pedestrian safety during truck maneuvers.
- Maintain a stationary or roaming post to protect tour equipment, venue property, and sensitive backstage areas.
- Assist venue leadership in implementing NYPD-recommended protocols for incident prevention (e.g., pickpocket deterrents and egress monitoring).
- Act as a first responder for security incidents during the shift.
- Use radio etiquette to provide clear, concise updates to the Security Manager and Venue Operations.
