About the Role The role supports product setup, UAT testing, and system process management to ensure new products are properly implemented within Zurich's core systems. You will create and update underwriting guidelines for new product codes, troubleshoot system problems using policy and procedure references, and perform cross-functional impact analyses for product changes. You will contribute to projects of low to moderate complexity and raise system enhancements where appropriate.
What You'll Do
- Assist in product set-up
- Perform UAT Testing of products before promoting to live environment, and ensure proper sign off
- Create new UW guideline in the core system when there's new product code/ plan code created
- Resolve system problems by referring to policies, procedures, specifications
- Review of system process flow and perform cross functional impact analysis, when necessary, on new product or product enhancement
- Work on projects of low to moderate complexity. Raise system enhancement when necessary
What We're Looking For
- Experience or familiarity with product set-up and UAT testing
- Ability to implement underwriting guidelines (UW guidelines) in a core system
- Strong analytical skills for system process flows and cross-functional impact analysis
- Experience in handling projects of low to moderate complexity and identifying system enhancements
- Knowledge of policies, procedures, and specifications
