About the Role We’re looking for a role at Owner.com to help restaurants grow their online presence using our platform. The role focuses on enabling restaurant owners to leverage website, online ordering, SEO, reviews, and analytics to drive growth. What You'll Do
- Work with customers to implement Owner's solutions for restaurant marketing, online ordering, and engagement.
- Help set up and optimize Restaurant Website, Online Menu, Reviews Engine, Listings Management, and Branded Restaurant App.
- Collaborate with product and support teams to ensure customers realize value and reach growth targets. What We're Looking For
- Experience in SaaS or digital marketing, preferably with SMBs or restaurants.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to explain tech to non-technical users.
- Self-starter with ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results. Nice to Have
- Familiarity with restaurant tech, SEO, online ordering, push notifications, email marketing, and loyalty programs.
