About the Role Owner.com provides tools to help restaurants grow online. The role involves partnering with restaurant clients to leverage Owner's platform to increase online discovery, online ordering, marketing, and customer engagement. What You'll Do
- Help restaurants grow online discovery and engagement using features such as Restaurant Website, Restaurant SEO, Online Menu, Reviews Engine, Listings Management.
- Support growth of online sales through Online Ordering, Smart Upsells, Delivery, Catering, and Branded Restaurant App.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives using Marketing Campaigns, Email & SMS Marketing, Push Notifications, Loyalty & Rewards.
- Analyze performance and optimize outcomes with Reporting & Analytics and integrate with Kitchen Tablet and POS systems where applicable. What We're Looking For
