Logistics Team Leader

Mercado Libre is seeking a Logistics Team Leader to help drive our leadership in Latin America’s logistics, focusing on delivering world-class, customized solutions and integrating local and regional carriers to support a borderless commerce experience. You will join a team committed to entrepreneurial energy, resilience, and continuous improvement, delivering efficient and reliable last-mile operations that enhance buyer satisfaction on the Mercado Libre platform.

In this role, you will:

• Manage operations and processes alongside our Logistics Operator, focusing on the last mile and delivering key productivity and performance indicators while generating reports and supporting daily needs.
• Lead new projects and strategic and tactical planning to increase efficiency, productivity, and safety of operations in collaboration with the outsourced logistics operator.
• Oversee quality management, implement 5S practices, and monitor development plan indicators to sustain continuous improvement.

Requirements

• An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Experience with process analysis and implementation tools such as Lean, Scrum, Smart, and Kanban.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, management dashboards, and data manipulation using TMS, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Availability to work in person in Londrina/PR on a 5x2 schedule, initially from 1:00 AM to 10:18 AM.
