About this role
Maison Boucheron, part of Kering, is seeking an Events & VIC Care Assistant for Europe, based in Paris, starting in November 2026. Reporting to the Events & VIC Care Europe Manager, you will contribute to organizing and delivering exceptional experiences for our privileged clients.
Responsibilities
- VIC CARE: Provide personalized client treatments aligned with the House image. Identify client needs in the area, ensure smooth operational follow-up of client processing, brief the concierge service representative, coordinate service providers involved in processing, prepare qualitative and quantitative VIC Care reports, and monitor the operations budget (including invoice entry).
- EVENTS: Attend events of varying sizes and execute the area’s event animation plan. Organize cocktail parties, dinners, and entertainment with service providers, activate in-store events, and support high-profile House Momentum events such as the Cannes Film Festival and High Jewelry events by participating in organization and delivering personalized treatment for key clients. Ensure daily logistical monitoring, produce qualitative and quantitative event reports, and monitor the operations budget (including invoice entry).
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marketing/Communication from a business school or university.
- Prior experience in the luxury sector is preferred, ideally in event planning and/or coordination with retail teams, internal services, and external providers.
- Highly organized and rigorous, able to manage multiple projects, with a service-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail and excellence.
- Strong responsiveness, creativity, and interpersonal skills, with analytical ability and comfort with data processing/interpretation.
- Fluent English is essential for an international context; a third language is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Adobe InDesign is a plus.
- This is a fixed-term 6-month trainee position starting November 2026.
