As one of our skilled make-up artists for Beauty Advisor MAC Truworths Gateway in Durban, South Africa, you will combine your creative and technical expertise with a passion for helping people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights our customers.

• Demonstrate high levels of creative and technical make-up artistry to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.

• Contribute to in-store events and collaborate with the team to achieve strong visual merchandising standards.

• Support the store in maintaining visually compelling presentations that differentiate us from competitors.

• Engage with customers to educate and delight, fostering a welcoming store atmosphere and positive shopping experience.

• A qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred, but applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate strong creative and technical skills are welcome.

• Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.

• Able to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.

• Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend an interview.
