- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Slack for async communication, Zoom for meetings, and G-Suite for sharing and creating documents.
- Participate in in-person connection days, MixHubs, and @home/@Home Meetup events to connect with teammates and build relationships.
- Align on outcomes and deliver high-quality work, choosing the best work-from-anywhere approach (home, office, or hybrid) based on context. What We're Looking For

- Ability to work across time zones and collaborate with teams globally.

- Equipment provided: laptop, monitor, headset, keyboard, mouse, cables/adapters to all employees; @home and @flex receive shipments to home offices; @office gets a dedicated desk with the required equipment.
- Monthly stipends to support home workspace setup for @home and @flex employees.
