About this role
Responsible for Claims operational support, business process analysis and other responsibilities / duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements. Manage claims related projects based on business needs and requirements i.e regulatory, improve customer experience, system enhancement related to products or improve efficiency of the team. Monitor system related issues and follow through with IT team until resolution. Job Functions Participate in system enhancement, process improvement and digital projects. Role and Responsibilities including: a)Liaise and coordinate with superior and IT /Stakeholders. b)Participate in project meeting. c)Prepare system/business requirement and business process review. d)Perform User Acceptance Testing
