About Charlie Health Charlie Health provides virtual substance use disorder (SUD) treatment programs and virtual eating disorder treatment programs. All professional medical services are provided by licensed physicians and clinicians affiliated with independently owned and operated professional practices. Charlie Health, Inc. provides administrative and technology services to the CH Medical practices it supports and does not itself provide professional medical services.
For patients in California, this is known as "CH Medical CA, P.C." For patients in North Carolina or New Jersey, this is known as "CH Medical NC NJ, P.C." For patients in New York, this is known as "CH Medical NY". For patients in all other states, this is known as "Charlie Health Medical, P.A.". This clarifies the contractual names used across states.
Charlie Health’s virtual substance use disorder treatment program is only available in select states. Charlie Health’s virtual eating disorder treatment program for individuals with a primary eating disorder diagnosis is also only available in select states.
- Licensing and compliance: CH MH Services (CA) LLC is certified by the State Department of Health Care Services (Lic. #300414AP expiring 06/30/2027). For detailed information on California facility licensure, visit the California Health and Human Services Department’s website.

Data & Outcomes (Internal references in the posting) Symptom improvement analysis based on self-reported outcomes data from 2025 routinely discharged clients who presented with moderate to severe anxiety, moderate to severe depression, or at least one day of self-harm at intake, and showed improvements at discharge. Cohort-specific outcomes analysis based on self-reported data from all-time clients in the relevant cohort who reported severe anxiety, moderately severe to severe depression, or at least one day of self-harm at intake, and showed improvements at discharge. Higher level of care (HLOC) readmission analysis based on self-reported outcomes data from 2025 routinely discharged clients who had been admitted to a HLOC in the 30 days prior to intake.
