About this role
As a Senior Analyst IDEA at Mercadolibre, based in Sudeste, Brazil, you will lead the Control Tower team to ensure real-time visibility across the entire logistics operation. You will monitor critical KPIs, activate contingency plans when performance indicators fall outside expected ranges, and communicate operational issues with managers and stakeholders. You will collect and analyze operational data to resolve problems, develop analytical routines to identify bottlenecks and predict risks, propose structural improvements, and create dashboards and reports for leadership. You will collaborate with Operations and Support teams and focus on training, engaging, and developing team members to foster a high-performance culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Control Tower team to ensure real-time visibility across the logistics operation.
- Monitor critical KPIs and activate contingency plans when indicators fall outside expected ranges.

Requirements
- Experience leading analytics or similar teams and driving data-driven improvement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to monitor KPIs, interpret data, and implement contingency plans.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports for leadership.
- Strong collaborative and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability to train, engage, and develop team members and support a high-performance culture.
