About this role
About the Role The Job Pool ecosystem architecture is a multi-layered platform designed to separate UX, data infrastructure, and data generation pipelines into distinct, scalable domains. This role focuses on maintaining and evolving that architecture to deliver high-conversion consumer experiences, real-time data visibility, and developer-friendly access across four domain layers: mewannajob.com (Consumer Product), jobpool.live (Transparency & Power Users), jobdatapool.com (Canonical Data Infrastructure), and datapool.work (Ingestion & Contributor Operations). What You'll Do
- Collaborate across the four domain layers: mewannajob.com, jobpool.live, jobdatapool.com, datapool.work to ensure cohesive data flow and experience.
- Maintain and reinforce the separation of concerns: UX, transparency, infrastructure, operations.
- Contribute to API schemas, versioned datasets, and developer documentation in jobdatapool.com.
- Support scraper orchestration, ingestion pipelines, submissions, review and moderation workflows in datapool.work.
- Enable bulk downloads, pooled scraper outputs, contributor leaderboards, and limited CRUD capabilities in jobpool.live.
- Improve cross-domain navigation strategies that guide users from consumer product surfaces to the transparency layer and developer resources.
- Align with the ecosystem flywheel by reinforcing data quality, visibility, and developer adoption. What We're Looking For
- Experience working across multi-domain platform ecosystems and data pipelines.
- Ability to balance UX-oriented consumer product goals with data infrastructure and contributor operations.
- Familiarity with API design, schemas, versioned datasets, and developer documentation.
- Experience with scrapers, ingestion workflows, submissions, review/moderation.
- Strong collaboration and communication across product, data, and engineering teams.
- Comfortable with implementing architectural principles: separation of concerns, progressive disclosure, trust layering, and ecosystem flywheel.
