The PMBA (Performance Measurement & Business Analysis) function aligns enterprise-wide metrics, analysis, reporting and performance measurement tools to drive strategic and operating performance. The Data Analytics Analyst role collects and analyzes data to develop insights for decision-making, produces and distributes scheduled reports, and conducts research to inform business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collect, manage, monitor and analyze key performance metrics across the enterprise to improve business performance. Collaborate with management to develop performance measurement frameworks and create actionable data stories to drive decisions.
• Ensure data and analysis quality and accuracy. Serve as an analytics ambassador, supporting cross-functional teams to improve and interpret data.
• Collect, manage and provide department/division reports; produce and distribute scheduled reports; support and coordinate ad-hoc report requests.
• Manage data quality and liaise with technology on database system maintenance. Support projects by gathering data and presenting results.
• Evaluate engagement programs to identify improvements and measure outcomes. Analyze and test processes and systems to determine effectiveness and efficiency.
• Collect data, perform root cause analysis, propose solutions aligned with current and future business needs. Assist in developing and delivering training programs or presentations and recommend program revisions.
• Document data definitions, assumptions, methodologies and reporting requirements to ensure consistency, transparency and repeatability of analyses across teams.
• Monitor trends and patterns in data over time to proactively identify opportunities, risks and emerging issues, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience in consulting, finance, or a related analytical role.
• Ability to synthesize and clearly communicate highly complex findings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of data analytics concepts, including experience using SQL and/or Python to gather, analyze and interpret data.
• Understanding of business, company and industry valuation methodologies and valuation strategy principles.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Regular and reliable job attendance and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in an in-office/open-office environment surrounded by moderate noise.
