About the Role A Job Developer will develop and monitor workforce development services for Work Experience/Internship, OJT, Community Service, and Apprenticeship Programs for current and Post-TANF/NHEP participants. This in-person role works at the local office with supervision from the Field Support Manager. What You'll Do
- Develops and monitors workforce development services for the Work Experience/Internship, OJT, Community Service, and Apprenticeship Programs for current and Post-TANF/NHEP participants.
- Supports participants by aligning with BES Career Counselor assessments and employment plans; collaborates with local employers, workforce development agencies, CBOs, and training providers to identify opportunities.
- Develops, monitors, and executes agreements with employers and participants for Work Experience/Internship, OJT, Community Service, and Apprenticeship programs.
- Builds a diverse menu of employment opportunities through networking and creative marketing strategies.
- Provides individualized services including job preparation, barrier resolution, career development/counseling/advancement, and re-employment support; promotes upskilling for higher wage positions.
- Supports training/credentialing attainment by collaborating with employers to identify required training.
- Meets in the local office and at partnering sites (libraries, colleges, One Stop Centers) as needed.
- Reports participant changes (including employment status) to the BES Career Counselor; contacts active participants and employers at least twice per month.
- Enters accurate data for contacts into the NH New HEIGHTS system on the day of service; participates in required meetings and on-site monitorings; maintains knowledge of local/state social services.
- Prepares monthly programmatic reports and tracks other requested data; completes Job Developer Training within the first 6 months (proof of current certification accepted).

- Ability to network with local employers, workforce development agencies, CBOs, and training providers; strong data entry and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of local and statewide social services; ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Nice to Have
- Relevant certifications or prior experience with BES or CAPHR programs. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $21.42 per hour.
- Work arrangement: In-person at local office in New Hampshire.
