不動産売買仲介のクロージング業務（契約決済）担当

業務内容 ・事業用不動産売買の仲介における契約決済業務 - 重要事項説明書の作成等、宅地建物取引業者として不動産売買仲介に必要な書類の作成 ・不動産信託受益権売買の媒介等における契約決済業務 - 物件概要書の作成等、第二種金融商品取引業者として不動産信託受益権売買の媒介に必要な書類の作成 ・法定帳簿等の管理保管業務など

働き方 ・本社勤務 ・フレックスタイム制 ・ミドルバックの業務を通じて、専門知識と経験を積み上げていただいた後、希望により不動産媒介営業のフロント業務へ進むことも可能です。

- 所在地： 東京都千代田区紀尾井町
- 最寄り駅： 地下鉄赤坂見附駅・永田町駅
- 受動喫煙対策： 屋内原則禁煙（喫煙室あり）
就業時間・休日
- 就業時間： 9:00～17:10（休憩60分）
- フレックス勤務制： コアタイム有
- リモートワーク： リモート可（基本出社ベース）
- 休日： 週休2日制（土・日）、祝日、年末年始
給与 残業代： 有り 固定残業代を基本年収に含む（月30時間相当額）＊非管理職の場合 賞与：有り（コミッション制） 試用期間：有

必須条件：経験・スキル
- 事業用不動産の売買仲介業務に関する経験 1年以上
- PCスキル（Word Excel PowerPoint）－中級以上
- 宅地建物取引士
歓迎する経験・資格
- 英語力：ビジネスレベル
