About the Role
The Jefe/a de Proyecto IAM will lead IAM deployment projects in corporate and public administration environments, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful implementation of IAM solutions that align with business needs. What You'll Do
- Lead IAM deployment projects in corporate and public administration environments and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate technical teams and manage client relationships.
- Define identity management strategies aligned with business goals.
- Supervise deployment activities across different environments.
- Manage risks, resolve conflicts, and facilitate effective teamwork. What We're Looking For
- Education: Degree, Engineering, or master's in Computer Science or Telecommunications.
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, COMPTIA SECURITY+ or similar; Project management certifications (PMP or PRINCE2).
- Experience: at least 5 years as project manager in IAM deployments in large corporations.
- Knowledge and skills: IAM management experience; directories and authentication protocols (LDAP, Active Directory, Kerberos, MFA).
- Federation protocols: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect.
- Cloud identity solutions: Azure AD, AWS IAM, Google Cloud Identity.
- Strong communication, strategic vision, and conflict management abilities.
