Maximizar el valor económico de la categoría camarón gestionando de punta a punta la estrategia de portafolio y la agenda de innovación según las prioridades del mercado. Actúa como conector estratégico entre diversas áreas, , liderando la gobernanza de productos y servicios para asegurar decisiones de inversión, priorización, escalamiento o cierre que impulsen el crecimiento, la diferenciación y la competitividad.
¿Qué harás en tu rol?
-Implementar la arquitectura estratégica de portafolio por segmentos, necesidades, ocasiones productivas, ciclos de vida de producto AABB. -Ser Process owner end-to-end del Product Lifecycle Management: reglas, stage gates, health review, racionalización, renovación y salida de productos.
