Descripción del empleo

Responsabilidades principales

• Ciclo de personas: selección, integración, capacitación, desempeño, clima laboral y bienestar.
• Administración: supervisa la nómina y el pago de las cargas sociales, y controla que los beneficios se apliquen según los contratos.
• Políticas y cumplimiento: aplica las políticas de la marca, los procesos de autocontrol, la política de cumplimiento y protección de datos (LGPD) y la ley de seguridad y salud en el trabajo.
• Formación: arma planes de capacitación según las necesidades detectadas y sigue la formación obligatoria de los equipos, tanto en la plataforma de Accor como presencial.
• Soporte a la gestión: asesora a los jefes en temas de personas, prepara reportes gerenciales y organiza la comunicación interna.
• Estrategia: fija los objetivos del área en línea con el plan de la empresa y promueve la colaboración entre áreas.
• Liderazgo: selecciona, forma, evalúa y motiva a su equipo.
• Otros: apoya las metas ambientales y, si el hotel es combo, cubre todos los hoteles involucrados.

Requisitos

• Formación: Mínimo: Título universitario en un área afín | Deseable: Título universitario en Hotelería, Turismo u otras
• Conocimientos: Mínimo: Legislación laboral y de seguridad social, administración de personal, subsistemas de RRHH, Office | Deseable: Nociones de finanzas
• Inglés: Mínimo: Básico |Deseable: Intermedio
• Experiencia: Mínima: 2 años en el área | Deseable: 3 años en el mismo cargo o en el área
