Buscamos un nuevo Jefe de Desarrollo Ganadero
Requisitos: -Formación: Ingeniería Agropecuaria, Medicina Veterinaria y Zootecnia o afines. -Experiencia: 2 años -Conocimientos en: Conocimientos de Marco Regulatorio para la Producción y Comercialización de Leche, BPM, Buenas Prácticas Pecuarias, Gestión de proyectos, Sistemas Internos de Calidad, entre otros. -Competencias: Liderazgo y gestión de equipos, comunicación asertiva, organización y planificación y responsabilidades similares.
RESPONSABILIDADES: -Planear y gestionar el volumen de leche con el fin de responder a la demanda establecida por PIVO. -Establecer y cumplir con los lineamientos operacionales de los servicios agropecuarios que presta el departamento con estándares de calidad y productividad.
