About the Role We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications in Tampa, FL on a hybrid model. The role focuses on building scalable back-end services with Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and resilient front-end components using Angular/React, emphasizing low-latency, high-throughput APIs and strong data modeling.

What You'll Do

• Develop Java full-stack applications using Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and modern front-end frameworks (Angular/React).
• Build low-latency, high-throughput APIs and data models for relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MongoDB).
• Write and optimize PL/SQL, SQL, and performance tuning; handle data modeling and migrations.
• Design reusable components/services; conduct code reviews, unit testing, and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate third-party libraries with security considerations and contribute to system design and scalable architecture.
• Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and maintain clean, well-documented code.

What We're Looking For

• 5-8 years of experience in Fullstack Java Enterprise development.
• Strong Core Java, J2EE, collections, and multithreading; solid problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, Angular or React, and API development.
• Scala experience; data modeling with relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MongoDB).
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, performance tuning; API integration and security.
• Solid system design skills; experience with CI/CD and code reviews.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a hybrid work environment.

Nice to Have

• AI/ML, LLMs, Elasticsearch, Kafka, GraphQL.
• OpenShift, Redis, Hazelcast; distributed, multi-tier application experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $60,000 - $135,000 USD per year.
