About the Role The Java Full Stack Engineer will join a Guadalajara-based engineering team to deliver full-stack solutions for Tech Mahindra clients. The role focuses on Java with Spring on the back end and Angular on the front end, requiring 5+ years of experience and advanced English. This is a hybrid position based in Guadalajara, Mexico. What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring.
- Build responsive frontend components with Angular.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid Guadalajara-based environment.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
- Write clean, scalable, and testable code while adhering to best practices. What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Java Full Stack development.
- Proficiency with Java, Spring, and Angular.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Experience working in a hybrid work setting and collaborating across teams.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices.
