Job title: Java Full Stack BCM (React) - Pune

About the Role Join the WMPC Core stream to deliver Core Banking capabilities across WM International locations. You will be part of the WMPC Core Technology team, contributing to integration efforts and a modular platform strategy for Core Banking.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring, and modern web technologies such as React.
• Build and integrate frontend (React) with backend (Java/Spring) and lead UI development.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, work with ORM (Hibernate) and relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Advocate and implement Micro Frontends architecture and build React-based applications from scratch.
• Collaborate across teams, use Git for version control, and participate in CI/CD and cloud deployments.
• Debug and troubleshoot across the stack and ensure accessibility and design standards are met.

What We're Looking For

• 7–8 years of experience as a Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in React.
• Proficiency in Java Core, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data/JPA.
• RESTful API design and development; Hibernate or other ORM frameworks.
• React.js (including hooks, functional components, state management); JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience building Micro Frontends and leading UI development.
• Integration of frontend (React) with backend (Java/Spring); Git version control.
• SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle); debugging across the stack.
• Experience working with Copilot (GitHub Copilot).
• English: C1 Advanced.
