About the Role Valce Talent Solutions is seeking a Java Developer with at least 1 year of hands-on Java development in modern Java environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, a passion for clean code, and the ability to collaborate effectively within agile teams. What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain Java applications using Java 8+ in modern environments.
- Design and consume RESTful APIs.
- Write unit tests using JUnit and Mockito.
- Collaborate with agile teams in Scrum/Kanban environments.
- Troubleshoot issues and work with relational databases; use Git for version control. What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of hands-on Java development.
- Proficiency in Java (Java 8 or higher).
- Experience with Spring Boot and/or Spring Framework.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with Git for version control.
- Experience writing unit tests with JUnit and Mockito.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to troubleshoot.
- Ability to collaborate in an agile environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (or equivalent experience). Nice to Have
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases.
