Stefanini is looking for a Java Developer, Palo Alto, CA

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their use cases, pain points, and requirements, demonstrating empathy and advocating for user-centric software solutions.
Solve complex problems by designing, developing, and delivering solutions using appropriate tools, languages, frameworks, methodologies (including Agile), and technologies.
Create high-level software architecture designs outlining the overall structure, components, and interfaces of applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and architects.
Define and implement software testing strategies, guidelines, policies, and processes in alignment with organizational goals, industry regulations, and market best practices.
Apply software engineering practices such as test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
Develop and maintain back-end applications, including APIs and microservices, using server-side languages.

Job Requirements

Required Skills

Spring Boot, Kotlin, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience Required
4+ years in IT, including 3+ years in software development
Develop and enhance application features using Java and Spring Boot.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues, including production defects and application-performance problems.
Bootstrap and configure new projects, establishing application structure and development environments.
Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based architectures.
Build REST APIs and integrate services across distributed applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable software solutions.
Education Required
Bachelor's degree
