About the Role DXC Luxoft Financial Services is establishing a high-impact engineering squad in Bucharest to deliver a next-generation Financial Markets Clearing Platform for FX Swaps. The initiative includes AI-driven tooling to transform and enrich CSV-based trade data into compliant FPML formats, enabling new product types in a highly regulated, low-latency environment. The team is preparing for a future cloud migration within the next 12–18 months and operates in an Agile Scrum setting, contributing across the full SDLC while aligning with client engineering standards.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to end-to-end delivery of the FX Swaps product, including design, implementation, testing, and production rollout.
- Collaborate within a dedicated Bucharest squad (Java Developers + QA Automation Engineers) and work with global teams in 2-week sprint cycles with stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Work across the full SDLC—from architecture and design to implementation, testing, and production rollout—while aligning with client engineering standards.
- Help modernize and extend an existing service that processes CSV-based trade data into FPML formats, enabling AI-driven tooling and support for new product types with minimal manual intervention.
- Operate in a highly regulated, low-latency environment with a focus on resilience, performance, and availability, while preparing the platform for cloud migration.
What We're Looking For
- We are seeking Java Developers and QA Automation Engineers to join a dedicated Bucharest squad and collaborate with global teams.
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment with 2-week sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Ability to contribute across the full SDLC and to align with client engineering standards.
- Interest or experience in financial services, FX Swaps, FPML, and data transformation from CSV to FPML formats.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a regulated, low-latency setting.
Nice to Have
- Experience with FPML formats and data enrichment workflows.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tooling to transform and enrich trade data.
- Understanding of or exposure to high-performance, low-latency systems and cloud migration projects.
