Janitorial Site Supervisor
Responsibilities include leading janitorial teams, cleaning workspaces, reporting escalations.
Requirements: 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role, OSHA and safety compliance, forklift instruction knowledge, customer service skills and ability to motivate teams and respond to operational escalations.
As a Janitorial Site Supervisor, duties include leading a team in a complex task oriented janitorial operation environment, providing direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center Team and KBS Field Operations Team by responding efficiently, timely and accurately to escalations, cleaning rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, breakrooms and other areas, following the Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart, supporting callouts by working or splitting shifts amongst team and shift lead, delivering feedback on ongoing activities and timely escalation reporting to management.
