Job title: Janitorial Cleaner - Full Time
About the Role As a Full Time Janitorial Cleaner at Foxtrot Aviation Services, you will maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment at the Omaha Eppley Airport. You will perform general cleaning tasks and help ensure high hygiene standards across facilities.
What You'll Do
- Perform general cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, restrooms, and common areas
- Empty and dispose of waste and recycling bins; disinfect high-touch surfaces
- Replenish cleaning supplies and monitor inventory
- Clean and disinfect break rooms, kitchens, meeting rooms; ensure hygiene throughout
- Follow safety policies and report hazards to supervisors
- Communicate scheduling needs with supervisor; coordinate with team and on-site management
- Ensure attendance in line with Foxtrot handbook policy 605; verify hours for payroll
- Complete required training on safety and best practices
- Collaborate with team to meet daily goals and standards
What We're Looking For
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to safety protocols
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Basic understanding of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Must pass a 10-year background check and obtain airport badging; drug test; valid driver's license and reliable transportation
