About this role

We are looking for a responsible, neat and proactive Janitor/Props Assistant to support the smooth running and presentation of our studio.

Maintain a clean, neat and hygienic studio environment at all times.
Clean and prepare the studio before and after photography sessions.
Assist with setting up, arranging and changing photography props, backdrops and sets.
Handle props carefully and return them to their designated storage areas after use.
Keep props, fabrics, baskets, wraps, accessories and other studio items organised.
Monitor props and studio supplies and promptly report damaged, missing or low-stock items.
Assist with basic inventory checks and maintain proper organisation of studio materials.
Support the photography team during setup and breakdown of sessions when required.
Ensure bathrooms, waiting areas, shooting areas and other studio spaces remain presentable.
Assist with laundry and proper care/storage of studio fabrics, wraps and reusable materials.
Follow studio health, safety and cleanliness procedures.
Carry out other reasonable studio-support duties assigned by management.

Previous experience as a cleaner, janitor, studio assistant, hospitality assistant or similar role is an advantage.
Must be neat, organised and detail-oriented.
Physically fit (Age Grade 24-27)and able to move/arrange props and studio materials.
Must be responsible and careful with company property.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Good time management and reliability.
Must have a proactive attitude and be willing to learn.
Interest in photography, styling, props or creative studio work is an added advantage.
Proximity is Key
