About the Role The Robert K. Jabs School of Business at California Baptist University invites applications for an adjunct faculty (remote) position in management. This role supports undergraduate instruction as part of an adjunct pool, teaching remotely as needs arise.
What You'll Do
- Teach remote undergraduate courses in business administration, management, international management, and related management topics
- Integrate law, ethics and organizational behavior into coursework
- Participate in the adjunct pool and respond to teaching needs as opportunities arise
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of a regionally accredited Master's degree in Management (Ph.D. preferred)
- At least five years of experience in a managerial role or related leadership experience
- Ability to teach remotely and contribute to undergraduate business programs
Nice to Have
- Ph.D. in Management or a closely related field (preferred)
