岗位简介
我们正在招聘Junior Line Supervisor(初级生产线主管)，负责生产线运营管理，确保质量、效率与安全达成最佳标准。该岗位适合毕业2-3年内、具备生产运营基础、沟通协调能力强的候选人。
岗位职责
负责生产线日常运营，确保产品质量与生产效率达标。
按生产优先级安排人员与工作任务,确保产线执行符合最新文件要求。
监控生产过程，包括:每小时产出、WIP、报表准确性及产品流动情况
推动6S,IPQA,EHS等持续改善活动.指导生产员工,确保其培训合格、技能达标.创建积极团队氛围，提升团队凝聚力与工作满意度。
处理员工问题或建议，并及时向上级汇报异常情况。
完成上级主管交办的其他工作任务。
任职要求
学历要求:大专及以上(计算机、工程、电子、项目管理类专业优先)。
毕业2-3年内，有制造业经验更佳，具有数字化概念。
有生产线或团队管理相关经验者优先。能接受倒班工作
具备基础英文口语沟通能力(能进行简单工作交流)。
良好的组织协调能力，能管理生产线员工团队。

具备以下任一行业经验:SMT
语言:英语简单沟通/读写年龄:18岁及以上
