Job Description
Procter & Gamble Plant in Aleksandrow Lodzki is seeking Trainee who is passionate about ensuring that all critical IT/OT applications and plant infrastructure run efficiently, with proper resilience to maintain compliance and security.
In this role, you will be encouraged to drive continuous improvement while building your supply chain experience and gaining deep mastery in IT operations. As a Site IT Operations Trainee, you will be a change agent at the site, ensuring that new technologies support an always-on, secure, and compliant workforce operating 24x7.
As a Trainee, you will experience a subset of the above responsibilities
Job Qualifications
You are the ideal candidate if you can answer YES to the following questions:
- Are you pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or have you graduated within the last 12 months?
- Are you fluent in Polish?
- Are you proficient in English?
- Do you possess strong leadership abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment?
- Are you an open-minded individual who is a fast learner with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams?

- Duration: 6 - 12 months (with the opportunity to get a managerial position upon successful completion of the program)
