About the Role Zalando is looking for an IT Technician to join the Warehouse IT team in Gardno. You will provide first and second line IT support, maintain IT infrastructure and help improve processes to ensure smooth order fulfillment. What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for IT issues and provide first/second line support for Windows and Linux
- Troubleshoot IT problems on workstations, printers and mobile devices
- Oversee IT infrastructure and support devices; implement improvements
- Analyze and resolve outages using available tools
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure IT readiness What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in first and second line IT support; experience in logistics IT is a plus
- Basic networking and server knowledge (TCP/IP, VLAN, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS, SSH, Windows Server)
- Education in IT or technical field
- Proficient Polish; conversational English
- Experience with data protection and Linux is a bonus
- Flexible with shifts and on-call rotational duties Nice to Have
