About the Role
Hybrid IT Team Leader within OVHcloud's Order-to-Cash (O2C) department, leading a multidisciplinary team and structuring a Functional Team to accelerate delivery with a focus on UI improvements.
What You'll Do

Lead and coach a multidisciplinary team (Tech Lead, Developer, Project Manager, AI Specialist)

Structure governance and manage performance (reviews, upskilling, rituals)

Accelerate delivery with emphasis on UI (User Interface)

Prepare and facilitate functional decisions related to O2C processes
-
Prioritize O2C topics in coordination with product, business and value streams

Ensure coherence of technical and functional choices with leadership

Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and provide advisory input on compensation

Act as functional reference and influencer with internal stakeholders

Ability to define KPIs and manage a complex delivery plan

Comfortable working within a structured hierarchical validation framework with operational autonomy

Familiarity with O2C processes and UI delivery improvements (preferred)
