Section: Overview Role: IT & Systems Administrator. Sector: Media. Location: Abuja. Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote). Section: Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and system administration fundamentals.
- Google Workspace / Google Drive administration, including user management, permissions, and security settings.
- Familiarity with cloud-based (SaaS) tools and license management. - Networking basics: IP, DNS, routers, Wi-Fi setup, and troubleshooting.
- Cybersecurity principles and identity/access management (IAM) practices.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows, macOS, mobile devices).
- Ability to create and maintain IT documentation (guides, FAQs, SOPs).
