About the Role In this role you will be responsible for our Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) systems with a focus on Skype for Business, SharePoint and Teams. You will develop operation and usage concepts for a holistic UCC system landscape, and be involved in installation, configuration and maintenance of the UCC infrastructure. What You'll Do
- Manage UCC systems with focus on Skype for Business, SharePoint and Teams
- Create operating and usage concepts for a holistic UCC landscape
- Install, configure and maintain the UCC infrastructure
- Support the Mobile Device Management system, and create technical documentation and user guides for the UCC systems
- Independently handle 2nd and 3rd level incidents and service requests
- Collaborate with colleagues and the business area on projects What We're Looking For
- Completed apprenticeship as Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration with several years of professional experience, or a completed degree in Computer Science or a related field (e.g., Wirtschaftsinformatik)
- Strong knowledge in Unified Communications & Collaboration
- High communication skills, a structured approach and strong problem-solving abilities
