Job title: IT Support Specialist & Device/Fleet Administrator - Alternance (H/F)
About the Role Volvo Trucks France on-site role at Saint Priest aims to recruit an alternating IT Support Specialist & Device/Fleet Administrator for 2 years to support IT operations and asset management. You will join a passionate IT team, working on global transport technologies and sustainable infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Provide Level 2 IT support for Market Company users and Service Trucks Centers: incident handling, escalations, and liaison with HCL India for IT infrastructure.
- Master PC, smartphone and tablet configurations: F12 on desktops/laptops; Teams Telephony for smartphones; Paperless tablets; remote PC configuration.
- Asset and device lifecycle management: asset inventory, change of ownership, software additions, returns; manage smartphones and tablets via Samsung Knox; hardware/software orders via ServiceNow; use Techtool for diagnostics.
- Update dashboards and order tracking; maintain dashboards and follow-up on orders.
- Others: manage access rights; support deployment of new solutions/equipment; assist in incident response at Service Trucks Centers.
- Travel/relocation: occasional movement within Volvo Trucks France network (~30 sites).
What We're Looking For
- Enrolled in higher education (bac+2/bac+3) in IT or related field.
- Curious, autonomous, rigorous, creative with ability to propose initiatives.
- Strong communication skills and excellent written/spoken English (B2 level preferred).
- Mobility: valid driving license (Permis B) and ability to travel within the Volvo Trucks France network.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ServiceNow, Techtool (DIAG cases) and Samsung Knox; familiarity with Teams Telephony configuration; remote administration tools.
- Prior exposure to IT support environments and incident management.
