Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support to staff.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Maintain and manage IT systems.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure network connectivity and system performance.
• Interact with all staff across all levels and cadres.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.

• 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills (oral and written).

• Attention to details.

• Ability to interact with all staff across all levels and cadres.

• Creative, open to new ideas, and able to multi-task effectively.

• Good time management and scheduling skills.

• Good understanding of System Hardware and troubleshooting.

• Good Understanding of Windows OS (Client and Server).

• Basic knowledge of IP networks and System Applications.

• Knowledge of SaaS & PaaS is a plus.
