IT Support Officer
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support for end users and resolve basic IT issues.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration.
- Support network and system operations.
- Create and design graphics, and support basic web design (as needed).
- Maintain IT documentation and user accounts.
- Work with the IT team on ongoing projects and initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology. or related field (or equivalent).

2-5 years of IT support experience (preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and basic networking.

Strong graphic design skills (required).

Web design experience is an added advantage.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel as required.
