Your skills
- B2 English
- 2-3 years of IT background
- Strong computer literacy
- Experience in installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
Your tasks
Manage basic access rights to IT systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues and implement correct resolution
Facilitate questions and queries coming from colleagues
Ensure smooth dispatching of tickets to other IT teams
Provide day to day local onsite desktop support
