Job Position: IT Support and Admin Assistant
Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working days: Mon - Fri
Job Description
- Our client is seeking a skilled and organised to provide technical support, coordinate vehicle management, and handle administrative duties. The successful candidate will troubleshoot IT issues, liaise with network operators, coordinate with the outsourcing company on employee-related matters, and support daily office operations.
Key Requirements
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Liaise with network operators to resolve internet and connectivity problems.
- Manage company vehicles, including drivers, maintenance, expenses, and logbooks.
- Serve as the liaison between the company and its outsourcing provider, addressing employee-related issues.
- Provide general administrative and IT support.
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate effectively across departments and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, administration, or a related role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and record management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
Salary
N220,000 - N300,000 / Month.
