About the Role Squire Patton Boggs Global IT Team is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our Cleveland, Ohio office. The role provides frontline end-user technology support, owns tickets from initial contact to resolution, and operates in a security- and policy-first, multi-jurisdictional environment. What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for technology-related questions from internal and external clients via phone, email, third party vendors, or walk-ins; log requests in the service desk tool and take ownership of tickets.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues across Windows client/server environments, MS Office, and document management systems as needed.
- Support end users with questions and concerns, ensuring timely updates and user satisfaction while adhering to security, policy, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with IT teammates and external vendors to ensure effective problem resolution and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For
- Minimum of three years' computer-operations experience, preferably in Windows or other Client/Server environments.
- Knowledge of MS Office products and document management support; experience with document management systems preferred.
- Familiarity with client-server networks (Windows) and other network topologies; strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to own tickets from inception to closure, with excellent communication and customer service.
- Comfort working in a security- and policy-focused, multi-jurisdictional environment.
- This is a non-exempt position with scheduled hours and periodic overtime. Nice to Have
- Additional experience with document management systems (beyond basic support). Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $55,000–$65,000 per year. This non-exempt role follows a Monday–Friday, 11am–7pm ET schedule, with periodic overtime, evenings and holidays.
