KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and execute the Company's IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee ERP and POS systems, including implementation, upgrades, integration, and support.
- Manage IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, servers, endpoints, and connectivity.
- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, controls, and risk-management measures.
- Lead IT projects from requirements gathering through implementation and post-project support.
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, contracts, and SLAs.
- Develop and maintain IT business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Prepare and manage IT budgets while identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
- Oversee IT assets, software licenses, systems, and technology lifecycle management.
- Supervise IT personnel and ensure effective user support and service delivery.
- Ensure IT governance, compliance, documentation, and reporting standards are maintained.
- Identify opportunities for automation, system integration, and technology-enabled business improvement.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

6–10 years of progressive IT experience, with relevant leadership/supervisory experience.

Strong experience managing ERP and POS systems, preferably within retail, luxury retail, hospitality, FMCG, or other multi-location environments.

Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and IT operations.

Experience managing IT vendors, technology projects, budgets, and service providers.

Good understanding of IT governance, business continuity, and disaster recovery.

Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
