Location: Ijebu-North, Ogun

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Working Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

The successful candidate will manage the company’s IT infrastructure, provide technical support, handle IT equipment procurement and installation, and keep all technology-related operations running smoothly across the farm, offices, and processing facilities.

Infrastructure and Network:

Manage and maintain the company’s computer systems, hardware, software and IT infrastructure.
Manage internet connectivity, LAN, Wi-Fi and other network infrastructure.
Coordinate the installation and setup of office networks, internet facilities, CCTV systems and other IT infrastructure.
Maintain and monitor servers, data storage and backup systems.
Plan and coordinate IT infrastructure upgrades and expansion across the farm, offices and processing facilities.

Procurement and Vendors:

Identify IT equipment needs and recommend suitable computers, laptops, printers, scanners, servers and accessories.
Source, evaluate and procure IT equipment and software within approved budgets.
Inspect purchased equipment to confirm it meets required specifications before acceptance.
Liaise with IT vendors and service providers for purchases, repairs, maintenance and technical support.

Support and Training:

Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software and network issues for employees.
Install, configure and set up newly purchased equipment, systems and software.
Train and guide employees on the proper use of company IT systems and software.

Security, Records and Improvement:

Ensure the security of company systems, files and digital information.
Manage user accounts, company email systems and access permissions.
Maintain an updated inventory of all IT assets, with proper allocation, tracking and maintenance records.
Monitor IT performance and recommend and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications
HND or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
4-6 years of relevant experience in IT support, systems administration or IT infrastructure management.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Practical experience in IT equipment sourcing, procurement, installation and setup.
Good understanding of networking, internet connectivity, LAN and Wi-Fi configuration.
Experience managing printers, scanners, servers, CCTV systems and other IT equipment.
Knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection and backup procedures.
Ability to manage IT vendors, suppliers and service providers.
Good technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Experience in an agricultural, manufacturing or agro-processing environment is an added advantage.
Remuneration
Salary: N400,000 - N500,000 gross monthly
