Your Profile

• Level of studies: Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Automation Engineering or equivalent.

• Experience: 2 years of experience in similar area.

• Technologies: Java (Spring boot), React/NextJS, SQL, Python

Nice to have: Basic knowledge of SAP ERPIndustrial IOT (MQTT, PLC...)Basic Knowledge of Manufacturing execution system

• Languages: Fluent in English.

Main responsibilities

• Detailed description of main activities

• Smart Manufacturing Systems Support & Operations

• Design, develop, deploy and support Smart manufacturing solutions accross Yazaki Plants

• Monitor system performance, resolve incidents, and ensure high availability of manufacturing systems.

• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing users and production teams.

• Manufacturing Technology Integration & Automation

• Integrate shop-floor equipment, PLCs, robotics, sensors, and IIoT devices with Manufacturing systems.

• Support integration between MES, ERP, Quality Management Systems (QMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and other business applications.

• Collaborate with automation and engineering teams to deploy new manufacturing technologies and digital solutions.

• Data, Analytics & Continuous Improvement

• Develop and maintain real-time manufacturing dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports.

• Support manufacturing data collection, analytics, and reporting to improve production visibility and decision-making.

• Assist in implementing predictive maintenance, machine monitoring, traceability, and asset management solutions.

• Participate in Smart Factory, Industry 4.0, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

• Governance & Project Delivery

• Ensure manufacturing systems comply with IT/OT cybersecurity policies, standards, and best practices.

• Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.

• Participate in system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation projects.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver reliable and secure manufacturing technology solutions.
